The accessibility regulations do not require us to fix PDFs or other documents published before 23 September 2018 if they’re not essential to providing our services. For example, we do not plan to fix the archive of board meeting minutes, financial statements or other heritage documents. Any new PDFs or Word documents we publish will meet accessibility standards. Many PDF documents on this website have been optimised for web viewing, embedded using Issuu. Where we have used Issuu, most PDFs are available to download for local use.

We do not plan to add captions to live video streams because live video is exempt from meeting the accessibility regulations.

Our website makes use of embedded maps from Google Maps. Where these are not accessible, essential information is always provided in an accessible format like an address.
