Employers are the backbone of our communities, creating jobs and career opportunities that support the whole region. At iQQTV, we have a number of ways to help employers access and nurture talented individuals from across the region, in turn, allowing you to focus on growing your business.
We offer a range of courses that can help you recruit new staff or upskill your existing employees, from apprenticeships to distance learning to bespoke training. In addition, we work with employers to help develop our curriculum, to ensure our courses are helping train the workforce of the future, and to offer work experience placements.

iQQTV has a strong focus on meeting skills needs both locally, sub-regionally, and regionally across London and beyond. Apprenticeships help you to grow and enhance your business by equipping your workforce with new skills and qualifications. They provide tailored training, targeted to the needs of your workplace, helping you to respond to the ever-changing and challenging landscape.
An apprenticeship combines practical skills alongside a knowledge-based qualification, which is gained through developing a portfolio that matches the needs of your business. Work experience placements are essential to help our students develop the skills needed for employment. We work with a wide range of employers across London to offer placements from as little as one week, up to 60 days. In return, you’ll get to help shape employees of the future and enhance your business with additional temporary support.

We offer a range of bespoke professional development training courses designed to target your specific business needs. Our short courses, coaching, and other dedicated solutions can help engage, excite and motivate your staff, and increase productivity.

We regularly hold free networking events, including business breakfasts, to bring together the West London business community. In addition to updates from the college, recent guests have included the British Business Bank, the Construction and Training Industry Board (CITB), Workwhile, Metro Bank, London Business Partnership and Women into Construction.

Our three iconic colleges â Hammersmith and Fulham College, Ealing Green College, and Southall Community College â contain a variety of versatile spaces, from classrooms to IT suites to specialist science labs, kitchens and sports facilities. When not being used for teaching, our spaces are available to hire at highly competitive rates.
